We offer a premium meet & greet service @KLIA Terminal 2 that is designed to expedite the immigration process and ensure a seamless and stress-free experience. Our experienced team will meet you at the arrival gate and escort you to the curb site arrival hall. Open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to ensure our clients receive round-the-clock services and support. However, during peak hours, a 25% surcharge applies to the rates for services between 2300 hrs to 0700 hrs.
 

Our package must be booked online in advance, 48 hours before the date and time of your need of our services. However, for walk in/last minute booking is NOT ADVISABLE. This is to ensure a seamless experience upon arrival at KLIA Terminal 2 and subject to availability.
 

All amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked date and time by emailing us at reservations@myairportfasttrack.com. Otherwise, we will not entertain changes. Cancellations should be made in writing by email, fax or letter, and sent at least 24 hours prior to the booked date and time in order to receive a refund. No refund will be entertained if cancellation is sent less than 24 hours prior to the booked date and time.

Our Airport Fast Track officer will be checking on your arrival or departure flight information frequently to ensure the services are in good order. We will be sharing with you the contact numbers of our Airport Fast Track officers on duty within 24-hour before your arrival date at KLIA.
 

Yes, our Airport Fast Track officers will assist you with your baggage.
 

The Immigration Priority Lanes Pass at KLIA Terminal 2 offers both Un-accompany and Accompany packages:
 
*Priority Lanes Pass (Un-accompany)*
For the Un-accompany package, our guests are entitled to utilize the APEC Passport Holder lane for the immigration clearance process.
 
*Priority Lanes Pass (Accompany)*
For the Accompany package, our guests are provided with a dedicated priority lane to ensure efficient immigration clearance experience located within the Sky Suite Airport Lounge KLIA Terminal 2. 

Our lounge is conveniently located on Level 3, Sector 2, near the domestic departure entrance for gates J and K, KLIA Terminal 2.
 

We regret to inform you that if you are transiting to an international flight with your direct luggage checked through to your final destination and do not require to clear Immigration, you will NOT BE ABLE to access the Sky Suite Airport Lounge KLIA Terminal 2. Our lounge is located in the Main Terminal Building at landside which requires passengers to exit Immigration in order to access the lounge area.
