Our package must be booked online in advance, 48 hours before the date and time of your need of our services. However, for walk in/last minute booking is NOT ADVISABLE. This is to ensure a seamless experience upon arrival at KLIA Terminal 1 and subject to availability.

All amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked date and time by emailing us at reservations@myairportfasttrack.com. Otherwise, we will not entertain changes. Cancellations should be made in writing by email, fax or letter, and sent at least 24 hours prior to the booked date and time in order to receive a refund. No refund will be entertained if cancellation is sent less than 24 hours prior to the booked date and time.
