Airport Fast Track

Can I change or cancel my FastTrack reservation?
Yes, please email us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Changes or cancellations made after that will not be accepted. To receive a refund, cancellations must be sent in writing (email, fax, or letter) at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours.https://www.myairportfasttrack.com/services/
Is wheelchair assistance available?
Our Airport FastTrack service is tailored for elderly and disabled travelers, as well as those accompanying them. For additional mobility assistance, please contact your airline directly.
What differentiates Airport FastTrack from Aero FastTrack?
Aero FastTrack is a premium paid transport service between the main terminal and the satellite building. Airport FastTrack, on the other hand, enhances your airport experience with fast lane access and meet-and-greet services at immigration.
Can I request a greeter who speaks Arabic, Mandarin, or another language?
We currently don’t offer greeters in other languages, but we're happy to assist using a translation app if needed.
Do I have to wait in the queue to check in at the airline before I can leave?
Yes, due to airline safety and security regulations, you must check in at the airline counter to confirm your identity and drop off your luggage before continuing.
If I buy the Airport Fast Track Lounge + Departure, which lounge do I get access to?
With the Airport Fast Track Lounge + Departure service, you can use the Sky Suite Lounge. In Terminal 1, it’s near Departure Gate C5 in the Satellite Building. In Terminal 2, it’s located in the Departure Hall next to the domestic departures area.
Will I get three greeters if I buy three tickets?
If you buy multiple tickets for the same flight, you will usually have one greeter for the entire group. The number of greeters depends on the number of passengers and the details of your trip. For groups larger than four, the number of greeters may be adjusted based on baggage and travel needs
When I arrive, how will you recognize me?
At the arrival gate, our greeter will be waiting with an A4-sized sign showing your name. When you get off the plane, look for the sign and approach the greeter—they will assist you from there. To ensure a smooth departure, we recommend getting the driver’s contact details, estimated arrival time, and meeting spot beforehand, as it can sometimes be hard for drivers to spot the greeter at the curb. We usually don’t display a welcome sign at the curb. Instead, the greeter will often contact your driver ahead of time to agree on the best meeting place, usually near your airline’s check-in desk for convenience.

Where is the Sky Suite Airport Lounge located in KLIA Terminal 1?
The Sky Suite Lounge is conveniently located next to Gate C5 in the Satellite Terminal at KLIA Terminal 1.
Can I book the Sky Suite Airport Lounge if I’m on international transit with my luggage checked through and don’t need to clear immigration?
Yes, you can access the Sky Suite Airport Lounge at KLIA Terminal 1. You do not need to clear Immigration or Customs to use the lounge.
Which airlines arrive and depart at KLIA Terminal 1?
For a full list of airlines operating at KLIA Terminal 1, please visit: https://www.samasamaexpress.com/. The Sky Suite Airport Lounge is available to all passengers arriving or departing on these airlines.
Can I bring takeaway food to have in the lounge?
Please note that outside food is not allowed in the lounge. We’ve got a wonderful selection of food and drinks available for you to enjoy!
Is the lounge wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the lounge is wheelchair accessible.
Is smoking allowed in the lounge?
No, smoking is not allowed in the lounge. However, there is a designated smoking area inside the Terminal 1 at C11 and C31.
Is the lounge suitable for long layovers?
The lounge is not suitable for long layovers. You can access the lounge maximum three hours.
Can I charge my devices in the lounge?
Yes, you can charge your electronics devices at our lounge during your visit.

Airport Fast Track

I have a transit from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. What’s the fastest way to get there?
You have several transport options for moving between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2:
  • Free Shuttle Bus: Runs every 15–25 minutes and is free of charge.
  • ERL (Express Rail Link): Costs RM2 per person, with trains every 20–30 minutes.
  • Airport Taxi: You can book a taxi at the counter in the arrival hall.
  • Sama-Sama Hotel Airport Transfer: Requires advance booking; a car will be ready when you exit the arrival hall.
  • How much time will it take to go from the arrival gate to the reception hall?
    The time from the arrival gate to the reception hall can vary depending on immigration lines, customs, and baggage collection. Typically, this process takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    For the FastTrack Lane Pass, can I show the immigration officer my payment receipt without picking up the voucher mentioned at booking?
    To use the FastTrack lane, you must show the voucher to the immigration officer. The payment receipt alone is not enough for access.
    Why is the Aero FastTrack add-on not available in Terminal 2?
    The layout of Terminal 2 doesn’t require airside transfer because all buildings are connected and can be reached on foot or by buggy inside the terminal.
    Should I cancel my current reservation and make a new one if my flight changes from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2?
    No need to cancel. You can contact us in advance by email, and we will update your reservation from our side.
    Is it possible to buy an Arrival + Lounge package since the lounge is located landside?
    We recommend to purchase the Airport FastTrack package first. If you decide to use the lounge later, the greeter will escort you there for walk-in access. The price is the same, and the lounge is open 24 hours.

    Can I include a customised page or the company’s logo on the welcome board?

    Where is the Sky Suite Airport Lounge located in Terminal 2?
    The Sky Suite Lounge is conveniently located on Level 3, Sector 2, near the domestic departure entrance for Gates J and K at KLIA Terminal 2.
    Can I book the Sky Suite Airport Lounge if I’m on international transit and my luggage is checked through to my final destination without clearing immigration?
    Unfortunately, no. If you’re transiting internationally with your luggage checked through and do not need to clear Immigration, you will not be able to access the Sky Suite Airport Lounge at KLIA Terminal 2. The lounge is located landside in the Main Terminal Building, which requires you to exit through Immigration to enter the lounge area.
    Which airlines arrive and depart at KLIA Terminal 2?

    Is it possible to bring guests to the lounge?
    The membership can only be used by the designated member to access the lounge. The member may invite additional qualified guests, and additional costs may apply for each guest.
    Can I stay in the lounge for an unlimited time?
    You can access the lounge maximum three hours.
    Can we take away the buffet food from the lounge?
    Buffet food not available for takeout. Reason prevent food poisoning or other health-related issues there's a risk it may not be stored or consumed properly,which can lead to contamination,spoilage or bacterial growth increasing the risk of foodborne illness.
    Does the lounge offer a buffet or à la carte menu?
    We serve vegetarian and vegan options at the buffet dishes like pasta,sandwiches,salad,fruits and vegetarian fried items. We are willing to accommodate specific dietary needs such as gluten-free.
    Can I charge my devices in the lounge?
    Yes, you can charge your electronics devices at our lounge during your visit.
