Taking service a step further, the Airport FastTrack@KLIA, which is located next to the International Departure Gate A & B on the 5th Floor of the Main Terminal offers ‘premier access’ service to its customers.
With the aim to provide a service beyond meeting basic needs for the total airport experience, the service provides a unique experience as well as creating memorable moments. Malaysia Airports can achieve this by leveraging on its subsidiary, Sama Sama Hotel KLIA.
Airport FastTrack@KLIA provides seamless end-to-end service to guests who are first met and greeted at the kerbside and brought to the Lounge on a buggy. The service includes check-in process that is facilitated by the airline's staff, with guests brought through fast-track security, immigration, and customs lanes. For customers who purchase the premium package will get to ride the buggy and escorted throughout the journey up to the boarding gates.
Where the customers have time at hand, the Airport FastTrack Lounge is a place to relax, unwind before the flight departure. Light refreshments are served all day between 7 am and 11 pm, as well as access to free internet and Wi-Fi. The Guest Service Agent is also available to assist on booking request.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted at the arrival gate and assisted throughout the immigration and custom lanes as well support for the luggage collection and to the awaiting transport.
